Amanita are creatures found in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars for the SNES. They're a type of fungus-looking enemy that appear in the Forest Maze, thus giving the location its song title "Beware the Forest Mushrooms", seeing that the Amanita will disguise themselves as regular looking mushrooms, then reveal their true selves and attack the playable characters, which during the first run through the level consisted of Mario and Mallow.
