Atsushi Ikuno is a tools programmer for Intelligent Systems. He mainly did work on the overseas production of these tools. He worked on Metroid Prime 2 as a favor for Kensuke Tanabe.
In recent years, he has had more direct involvement in games, most notably on the Paper Mario and WarioWare series; with Origami King, Ikuno became producer for both franchises.
