The game begins with Bomberman flying in a spaceship back to his planet, accompanied by a strange egg, when his ship is sucked into a black hole. Bomberman loses consciousness and then wakes up to be in a prison cell with the mysterious egg, but without the fire stone that allows him to use his bombs. The egg passes soon after, and the emerging creature appears as Pommy. Pommy is able to slip through the cell bars to retrieve the Bomberman fire stone, and with it Bomberman is able to escape. The two later learned that they were imprisoned by agents working for the Astral Knights, a perverse group that collected the Seven Elementary Stones. Bomberman and his new friend have decided to stop the astral knights from executing everything they are planning.
It is a sewer planet, jail cels, with tunnels, and broken machines, Baelfael who was sent and attempted to steal the Fire Stone from Bomberman.

It is the theme of this planet is graffiti which can be seen in every room, and is shown to be a dangerous anarchic dystopian city world, allowing for illegal activities to be freely committed anytime, with ruined infrastructure to emphasize a more psychological darkness. The boss is Bulzeeb who guards the Shadow Stone.
Warship Noah
It is the theme of ship is inside the ship, the command room of the ship is hidden deep within behind several security measures, a room of lava, a panel operated with card keys, and two engine rooms keep the security of the ship tight. The bosses are Mihaele after Bomberman collected all Elemental Stones, Rukifellth who awaited for Bomberman, Sthertoth who lives in Rukifellth, and Angel of Light and Shadow.
