Digimon World Re:Digitize: Decode (JP) is a RPG Digimon game for the Nintendo 3DS. It's a upgraded version of Digimon World Re:Digitize for the PSP system hoping to make more sales. Some new things include new characters and Digimon.
The gameplay is reported to be simlar to the first game in the series Digimon World.
It's only released in Japan but there is a petition trying to get enough signatures to release this game in the U.S. Due to the fans' petition Bandai Namco Games decided to make Digimon All-Star Rumble, this would be a cheaper budget game than translating all of the text in Decode.
So this game will be a test run to see if a Digimon game can sell well in the west. Namco Bandai's Joseph Walsh recognized the petition when it was around 50,000 signatures saying "A LOT of love for Digimon. Interesting stuff." That's what inspired Digimon-All Star Rumble.
