Dragon Chan is a character in the Punch-Out!! series. He is a kick-boxer and kung-fu fighter from Hong Kong that enters the W.V.B.A. as a boxer. What makes Dragon Chan unique is the fact that he kicks while fighting, which is illegal in terms of normal boxing rules. Dragon Chan's appearance seems to be based on martial arts legend Bruce Lee, while his name might be a reference to Jackie Chan.
Dragon Chan's first appearance was in the arcade version of Super Punch-Out!! He is the first and only boxer in the game to use rule-breaking techniques, in this case, kicking. He will sometimes jump to one end of the ring, jump across, then jump at the player with a full-powered kick, which will instantly KO the player if they do not duck in time.
Dragon Chan later made a comeback in the SNES version of Super Punch-Out!!. His moves are similar to that in the arcade version, only this time, they're slightly faster. He also meditates during the match to regain health.
