Eely Mouth is, as his name would suggest, a giant eel that appears in Super Mario Sunshine. During the mission in which Mario fights him, the Noki Bay has become polluted with poisonous plaque. The Noki Elder recruits Mario to stop the pollution. Mario swims to the bottom of the bay and confronts Eely Mouth, who is revealed to be a massive eel with two distinct faces. One face is female and the other is male. In Eely Mouth's mouth are decaying teeth. Mario cleaned the teeth with FLUDD. Afterwards, Mario was rewarded with a Shine Sprite and Noki Bay was cleansed of its pollution.
