Eiji Aonuma is a video game designer for Nintendo. He is best known for his work on the Legend of Zelda series, as both director and producer. His first game was titled Marvelous: Mōhitotsu no Takarajima for the SNES, which was influenced by The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. This game got Shigeru Miyamoto to contact Eiji and make him assistant director on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. He was the director of all the Zelda games, from Majora's Mask up to Twilight Princess and the producer of the Zelda series from Phantom Hourglass on
