Exp. Share
Exp. Share is a very helpful item within the Pokémon series of video games. Once you give the item to any one of your Pokémon, it will receive half of all the experience points you receive in battle, even if it didn't participate. Using the Exp. Share is a common tactic to raise low leveled Pokémon without having to bring them into battle. In Pokemon X and Y, when Exp. Share is equipped, all of the Pokemons in your party will gain experience points.
