The F-Zero series is a sci-fi racing franchise created by Shigeru Miyamoto for Nintendo that debuted on the SNES with 1990's F-Zero, a launch title that would soon spawn a variety of other games. The F-Zero franchise is a futuristic racing series that stars a plethora of all-star characters such as Captain Falcon, Samurai Goroh, and others.

The series, especially F-Zero GX for the GameCube, is considered to be one of the hardest racing games of all time as its intense speed and tight turns make the controls difficult. So far the series has made it to the SNES, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Game Boy Advance, and even arcades. Various developers have developed F-Zero games, including Nintendo, Nd Cube, Sega, and Suzak.
