A vortex of air is shot at the foe to inflict damage. It has a high critical-hit ratio.

It is Cool type of move. In Generation III, it has 3 hearts and improves if the Pokémon in front does well. In Generation IV, it has 2 hearts and earns +3 if the Pokémon that just went hit max voltage. In Generation VI, it has 3 hearts and excites the audience a lot if used last.
