Art Academy: Home Studio ( Art Academy: Atelier in Europe ) was the fourth main entry in the Art Academy series and the first and only entry for consoles. It was developed by Headstrong Games and was released on the Wii U in 2015. It is the first entry to use charcoal as a writing utensil and supports YouTube uploads of time-lapsed drawings. In North America, the game is only available on the eShop service as a downloadable only game.

Gameplay[]

There are 30 lessons in total.

Like Sketchpad, the game supports exporting to Miiverse or a SD card. Users can also upload time-lapses of their creations to YouTube.

Development[]

The game was announced alongside Art Academy: SketchPad as the full version, with lessons and other tools.
