Colby is the constable who works at reception in Scotland Yard and is a great fan of Layton's. He does his best at his job but is a little tired of being stuck at the station. His chin gets even longer when he laughs!
Last Specter[]
A Scotland Yard police constable who works in reception, Colby loves puzzles and has a strong sense of justice. Unfortunately, he is rarely allowed into the field.
