Famicom 3D

The Famicom 3D System.

The Famicom 3D System is an official Nintendo product released exclusively in Japan for the Famicom. Very few games supported the goggles, which were meant to give players an exciting new look at games such as Rad Racer (Highway Star in Japan) and Famicom Grand Prix II: 3D Hot Rally. In the United States, gamers would instead have to use cheap 3D glasses for 3D games.

Sharp Twin Famicom 3D System[]

A licensed version of the Disk System called the Twin Famicom was released by Sharp. The Twin Famicom was a Famicom with a Disk System and extra RAM included in one chassis. Soon, Sharp released their own 3D System for the Twin Famicom, which are really rare to come across by with only 1 video showing what it looks like and no images about it online. A major difference is the Sharp system does not have any Nintendo branding on the front.
