Isao Moro is a former director at Nintendo, who was highly involved with the Animal Crossing series. He originally joined the company in April 1, 2002 at the EAD department.

He started on the series as a debugger on the GameCube release of Animal Crossing e+, and kept on directing roles through the following releases, along with Aya Kyogoku.

In July 15, 2018, Moro left Nintendo after just over 16 years of service. Since April 1, 2019, Moro has been working as an instructor at Atelier Yu, a company at Okinawa where he teaches programming to children.
