Keita Tsutsui is a programmer for Nintendo. He was hired in 2012 and was a debugger until he worked on the Splatoon (series).
He left Nintendo in December 2018 and currently works at Niantic.[1]

- He added a small easter egg in Splatoon where if you score a basket in the practice range with a bomb, a sound effect would play.
