Mariko Tachibana is a UI Designer for Nintendo. She joined in 2012 where she started with New Super Mario Bros. U with Satoko Okada. One of her most noteworthy works was designing the font for Splatoon, including several Katakana and Hiragana characters, as well as the Western alphabet.
