Shuichiro Nishiya is the current president of NDcube and one of the main key figures behind the Mario Party and Wii Party series.
Originally employed at Hudson Soft, he oversaw various installments of the Mario Party franchise since Mario Party 2 and eventually became director of the series after his work on Mario Party 5. After moving to NDcube, Nishiya kept on his role as director of both the Mario Party and Wii Party series.
In mid-2019, he became the president of NDcube, replacing Hidetoshi Endo.
