The Omnicrone is an enemy in both 600 A.D. and 1000 A.D. in Chrono Trigger.

The Trial[]
Crono encounters the Omnicrone as he tries to make his escape from the prison in Guardia Castle. During the fight, Crono doesn't actually kill him. When the Omnicrone loses all his Hit Points, he runs away.
Magus' Castle[]
While in Magus' Lair, Crono and his party encounter a few Omnicrones.
