Pokémon original anime series video releases

These are the home video releases of the first three Pokémon the Series seasons (covering the Indigo League, Adventures in the Orange Islands, and Johto Journeys seasons).

Single-disc releases

Indigo League

From 1998 to 2000, VIZ Media published 26 VHS tapes and DVDs of the first season of Pokémon, each containing at least three episodes. The tapes and DVDs were all distributed by Pioneer Entertainment.

Adventures on the Orange Islands

Unlike the Indigo League and Johto Journeys episodes, VIZ Media released the Orange Islands episodes on DVD only. Each of the three discs contained twelve episodes each. The three discs were later reissued together in a box set released on May 20, 2008.
