Von Kaiser is one of the opposing boxers in the Punch-Out!! series, debuting in Mike Tyson's Punch-Out!! for the NES. He was born in Berlin, Germany, and before attempting to defeat Little Mac he was a boxing teacher in the 'German Steel Machine', a military academy. Because he is only the second boxer in the game, he is relatively simple to beat. He is forty two years old and was ranked number 1 in the minor circuit. Von Kaiser returns in Punch-Out!! Wii for the Wii. In this game, he is the second opponent Little Mac faces. After getting defeated by Little Mac, and finding out that he had become the world champion, he trained himself, and cut his hair in a German Military style. After much improvement, he fought Little Mac again, and lost. In the Wii game, it is shown that he likes to keep his boots shiny.
