The Sparring Ring is a simple stage in ARMS that was added in the 3.1.0 Update. The stage was previous only used for warm ups in the lobby but, was made available on September 28 in the update. This is Springtron's home stage.

The Sparring Ring is a square boxing ring with a flat main surface. The center of the stage has a set of rings going outward with the absolute center being a black circle with the ARMS League logo. There are no stage hazards. Yellow foam bars run along with outside of the ring, and outside are tall walls and canopies providing shade up above.
