Star Haven is a place in the sky above the clouds. It is the home to the Stars. Young Stars grow up in Starborn Valley and ascend to Star Haven. It is also the home of the Seven Star Spirits. These leaders of Star Haven control and protect the Star Rod, an old, magical item that has the power to grant all wishes, and resides in the Star Sanctuary. One day, Bowser attacked Star Haven, stole the Star Rod and imprisoned the Star Spirits in different areas. Star Haven was in peril until Mario, saved the Star Spirits, defeated Bowser, and put the Star Rod back into its rightful place.
