Crazy Tracy is a lady who had an appearance in The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening, and is an inhabitant of Koholint Island. She has a large red bow in her thick black hair. Also there is a rat that runs around her house, which may contribute to her nickname "Crazy" Tracy. Tracy's purpose in the game is to offer her Secret Medicine (which fills Links hearts), for a varying amount of rupees. After that she'll offer to fill your hearts.
Crazy Tracy has an appearance in Captain Rainbow as one of the multiple neglected Nintendo character. She has blond hair this time around, not black, and you as Captain Rainbow must help her grant her wish to enslave all men in the world. She's a lot different to her role in Link's Awakening overall.
