Fire Emblem Cipher (JP) is trading card game produced independently by Intelligent Systems and published by Nintendo based on the characters from the Fire Emblem series, crossing over with Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE.

It was released alongside Fire Emblem Fates in Japan on June 25, 2015, has new cards released bimonthly, and is the second only to the Fire Emblem Trading Card Game.

In 2020 it was announced the game would be ending with the final, 22nd set, releasing in late 2020.

Rules[]

Player must place down five cards that act as orbs for their lord. Once a player takes all of their orbs, then had their lord be defeated six times, the game ends and that player loses.

Live streams of Fire Emblem Cipher are held around one or two months each time on the website Niconico, displaying cards for unreleased sets. The live streams are hosted by Ryota Kawade, the producer of Cipher, and by Young, an Intelligent Systems employee.
