Girafarig (キリンリキ, Kirinriki) is a species of Pokémon in the series of the same name. It is a dual-type Normal/Psychic Pokémon that made its first appearance in the second generation games Gold and Silver.

  • Girafarig is one of the four Pokémon to have their name as a Palindrome. The others being Eevee, Ho-Oh, and Alomomola.
  • Despite Girafarig's Pokédex entries saying that it can bite, it cannot learn the move Bite, but however he can learn Crunch, a related move.
  • Up until the Fourth generation, Girafarig was he only Pokémon dual typed with a Normal type that isn't dual typed with the Flying type.
