Gongoron is a character from the Nintendo DS hit The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, where he played the role as a playable character for a short time during the Goron Temple dungeon found in the game, which offered a unique twist to the already innovative Zelda adventure.
In the game's dungeon, you would mainly control Link, though during a certain point, you'd find Gongoron inside the dungeon trapped. You'd then be able to switch between the two and play as both of them, each being dramatically different from one another.
Gongoron will be capable of rolling to great speeds, and can plow right through some of the toughest enemies. He can also jump great distances as well if you wish for him to do so. During the dungeon's boss fight, you'll be required to used both Link and Gongoron if you wish to defeat the behemoth.
