Hidemaro Fujibayashi(JP) is a video game designer and the director of various titles in The Legend of Zelda franchise.

Initially he started at Capcom, where he was involved in a number of games as a planner, including all the portable Zelda titles on Game Boy Color and Game Boy Advance which were developed by Capcom.

His work on Zelda led him to leave Capcom and join Nintendo, where he succeeded Eiji Aonuma as the main director of the home console Zelda titles. After codirecting Phantom Hourglass, he directed Skyward Sword and Breath of the Wild.
