Hoot the Owl is a helpful friend that is located in some trees in levels on Super Mario 64 such as Tall Tall Mountain and Freeze Mountain. He lifts Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, and Wario into the sky and allows you to sore above the stage for a limited time by holding B.
