Ichiro Shimakura is a Japanese video game composer. Initially, he started at Hudson Soft and worked on various titles like Pokémon Trading Card Game, Oriental Blue and the Mario Party series, among other titles.
After Hudson's dissolution in 2012, Shimakura moved to Hudson's successor, NDcube, where he has kept working mainly as sound director on the Mario Party series.
