Ilex Forest is a fictional forest in the Pokémon series located in the Johto region and has appeared im the second, and fourth generation games. In Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, you can get the Spiky Eared Pichu.

It is said that Celebi is the guardian of this forest. So therefore you should stay out of mischief.
In Pokémon Crystal, you must place the GS Ball on the Shrine in order to catch a Level 30 Celebi.
In Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, if you have the Pikachu colored Pichu, you can get the Spiky Eared Pichu.
