Impa is a fictional video game character in the Legend of Zelda series. She first appeared in The Legend of Zelda as an old woman. In the game, she is saved by Link after a pack of Octoroks attack her. She will then tell Link that Zelda has been taken captive by Ganon, and that he must save her. She would later appeare in Zelda II: The Adventure of Link, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Seasons/Ages.
