Kain is a sun fairy from the Nintendo Puzzle Collection version of Panel de Pon. He was originally supposed to appear in a Game Boy Color version of the game, but it was cancelled, and so he didn't appear until Nintendo Puzzle Collection. He assists Furil (that game's version of Lip) in fighting Dark Furil, an evil version of Furil created by Zilba. He is the only male fairy in the series.
