Kammy Koopa is a Magikoopa that was first introduced in the game Paper Mario for the N64. She takes place of Bowser's old adviser, Kamek, who looked over him as a Child. In the game Paper Mario, Kammy would form yellow blocks, and smash them down on there opponents. In Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, she is the strongest of the Magikoopas, and is explained by Goombella as the brains behind Bowser.
