King Zora XVI is the ruler of the Zora race. He is much larger than most Zoras, and always is seating upon his throne. His first, and only appearance was in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, where his daughter, Princess Ruto goes missing, and Link goes to find her. Once Link returns as an adult, he will find King Zora frozen in red ice. If Link thaws him out, he will be rewarded with the Blue Tunic, and if Link buys the Blue Tunic before thawing him out, he will offer a kiss instead of the tunic.
King Zora eventually died in between The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask and The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess.
