Kiyoshi Mizuki is a Deputy General Manager of the Nintendo Platform Technology Development in Nintendo. He originally worked at Konami on a couple of the Beatmania games but, left them for Nintendo in mid 1999. It wasn't until 2006 that he moved away from games into developing the software for the platforms.
