Koopie Koo is a character who appeared in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door for the GameCube. In the game, she lived in Petalburg along with a lot of other Koopa Troopas (note that this one isn't an enemy). Her boyfriend is Koops, who has gone off to help Mario find the Crystal Stars that open the Thousand Year Door.
She sometimes has a nasty attitude, and even though she wants Koops to be brave, she doesn't want him to fight Hooktail, the dragon who has been eating many of the town's Koopas.
