Lon Lon Milk is a recurring item in The Legend of Zelda series. It is a common, nutritious drink with healing properties that is based off of regular milk. It is produced by Lon Lon Ranch cows.

Lon Lon Milk can be given by any cow found around Hyrule if Epona's Song is played, as long as Link has an Empty Bottle at hand. Talon also gives Link a bottle of Lon Lon Milk if Link can beat the Super Cucco-findin' Game. Refils can be purchased for 10 Rupees, if the player wishes.
The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap
Malon sells Lon Lon Milk in Hyrule Town for 100 Rupees, after Link unlocks the Ranch door.
