Lubba (ルーバ Rūba) is a large purple Luma that fills Rosalina's role as Mario's guide through the galaxies in Super Mario Galaxy 2. He is in charge of the Lumas Mario encounters in the game, and created the Starship Mario to fly through various galaxies, retrieve the Power Stars and save Princess Peach from Bowser.
