Lurantis is a species of Pokémon of the series of the same name. It is a Grass Pokémon introduced in the seventh generation in Pokémon Sun and Moon. It evolves from Fomantis.
Physiology and Behavior
Lurantis is very pink mantis-like Pokémon. It is mostly pink with darker shades of pink on various parts like the wings and sickle parts. Its legs are striped with pink. The main body seems to actually be green beneath the surface like the tips of its limbs. Its head is rather wide for its body but, its big red eyes take up most of that width. It also has green antennae and a green dot on its forehead.
Lurantis draws foes and prey near with its appearance and aroma. It’s said to be the most gorgeous of all Grass-type Pokémon due to its coloration and elegance. It regularly grooms itself to maintain its appearance. It can grow close to trainers that take care of it but, has disdain for lazy ones.
