Mallow is the first partner of Mario in the game Super Mario RPG for the SNES. He thinks he is a tadpole because Frogfucious raised him since he was little, although as the story unfolds it turns out he is the Prince of Nimbus Land, a place far above the Mushroom Kingdom.
Mallow joins Mario after the two get Mallow's grandfather's coin back from the thief Croco. On their adventure the two of them and several others fight enemies such as Belome, the Czar Dragon and Smithy. He can use powerful magic attacks, such as Thunderbolt, Shocker, Snowman, Star Rain, and many more attacks. He can use equipped items too such as the Froggiestick, and the Cymbals.
