Matthew is the son of Isaac, and the main protagonist of Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.

EtymologyEdit

Matthew is the English form of Matthaios, which was a Greek form of the Hebrew name Mattityahu, meaning "gift of YAHWEH".[1] St. Matthew (Jewish name Levi), originally a tax collector, was one of Jesus' twelve apostles.
