Mega Man X3 (commonly known as Rockman X3 in Japanese) is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System released in 1995 by Capcom. On Mega Man X Collection, it was remade into the PlayStation version instead of the Super Nintendo Entertainment System version.

- This is the first Mega Man X game where the player can play as Zero.
- This is the only Mega Man X game to not feature any Mets. However, in Mega Man X2, there is an enemy with Mets.
- This is also the only Mega Man X game to not feature any Batton Bones.
