Metapod
Metapod () is a species of Pokémon in the series of the same name . It is a Bug type Pokémon that made its first appearance in the first generation games Red and Blue . It evolves from Caterpie at level 7 and into Butterfree at level 10.

Pokémon Red and Blue
This Pokémon is vulnerable to attack while its shell is soft, exposing its weak and tender body.
Pokémon Yellow
