Mr. Blizzard Orb (Mr. Blizzard Capsule in Mario Party 5) is an item that has appeared in Mario Party 5, Mario Party 6, and Mario Party 7. Its effect was that it made Mr. Blizzard fall flat on top of them, making them lose all their Capsules (Orbs).
