The Party Ball is an item in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. When hit or thrown, Party Balls float up into the air for a few moments, then split open, raining down a torrent of items. These items are known to drop nothing but Bob-ombs sometimes. Other times, they pour out a buffet of food. Exactly what pops out of the Party Ball sometimes depends on what kind of tune plays right before it opens.
