Pelupelu is a Nopon in Xenoblade Chronicles. He can be found at a balcony northeast of the Contemplation Terrace at the Apex Lake in Frontier Village from 21:00 to 03:00. After completing the quest named "Even In the Chief's Absence" he will be at the Prophecy Hut. He seems to have a crush on Miko.
