Phantom.
Phantom Eyes are enemies found in The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. They are found in Temple of the Ocean King and Tower of Spirits in their respective games. They are set in certain locations throughout the dungeon and if they spot you, they will rush over to you and float above your head. This will make a phantom appear nearby and try to attack you. If you manage to outrun the phantom but you're not yet in a safe zone, the phantom eye will then slow you down thus making have to rub the screen quickly. In The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks, Zelda, when in a phantom, can transport over to a phantom eye by drawing a path and intersecting the phantom eye.
