Pidgit is an enemy in the Mario series that rides on magic carpets.

This foe first appeared in Yume Kōjō: Doki Doki Panic and later in the western release, Super Mario Bros. 2. In the game, Pidgit is a common enemy. This foe appears to not fly with its wings, but rather uses a magic carpet. The player can, however steal the Pidgit's magic carpet as it approaches, but it disappears after being used for ten seconds.

This foe later appeared as a cameo in Super Smash Bros. Melee's Mushroom Kingdom II stage, and an enemy in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time located on Yoshi's Island.
