Gameplay
Edit
Players take place in Jamaica and they start as Jack Sparrow. They cannot save and it's a very long game. When they control Jack on land, he finds many items, such as coins and weapons. However, you'll encounter many enemies such as crabs, townspeople, etc. on your way. When you fight Barbossa's men, you must charge your cannons to blast off the enemy ships.
Differences between the game and movie
Edit
- Jack Sparrow doesn't have long hair, braded beard and his bandanna is blue. In addition, Jack is marooned only with his sword and finds his pistol.
- Many characters from the film don't appear in the game, such as Will, Elizabeth, Anamaria, Pintel, Ragetti, Norrington, Gibbs, Governor Swann, Cotton or Norrington.
- Barbossa doesn't feel cold after Jack defeats him. The reason why the blood is unshown, because it can be unsuitable for younger players.
