Porcu-Puffers are enemies that first appeared in the SNES game Super Mario World. They are big, purple Cheep-Cheeps. Mario or Luigi could Spin Jump to ride on them or use Yoshi in Super Mario World. In that game, they could be found in the secret level on top of the Vanilla Dome, in a secret level in the Cookie Mountain, and in a secret area in Chocolate Island 1.
After a long break from many Mario games, Porcu-Puffers finally appeared again in Super Mario Galaxy. Only one Porcu-Puffer appears in the whole game, though. It appears in Drip Drop Galaxy, hidden in a chest underwater.
Porcu-Puffers can be found again in New Super Mario Bros. Wii. In this game, they appear in World 4, World 6, and World 9. They attack just like a Spike Bass.
Their latest appearance was in Super Mario Galaxy 2, like Super Mario Galaxy, they are rare, only appearing in one galaxy, Cosmic Cove Galaxy.
